Chase Bays Oil Filler Cap
We developed a Chase Bays Oil Filler Cap as another subtle accent to improve aesthetics in your engine bay. We already make our reservoir caps but we wanted to have a different approach than just putting Oil Cap threads onto our existing knurled design. We designed it to be a homage to the discontinued OG HKS Oil Filler Caps with our own design language changes. It is slimmer and adds a 1/4 ratchet connection to the center since the original HKS design was very difficult to remove.
Our Oil Filler Caps are machined from 6061 Aluminum and bead blasted for smooth finish. Then anodized UV-proof signature Chase Bays MIL-A-8625 Type II semi-gloss black with the logo laser etched on the top. The O-Ring is the best possible formula, chemical resistant Viton® fluoroelastomer with a temp range of -15ºF to 390ºF.
